Refund policy

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a Return/Exchange. 

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, undamaged with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

We are unable to process an exchange for an incorrect item if it has been used or damaged after delivery. In the event that an incorrect item or size was sent due to our error, please contact us immediately. By using the item, you acknowledge acceptance of the goods, which voids your eligibility for an exchange or refund.

We will require your full order details, information on the problem as well as images/videos to review the problem. In some cases, we may need to inspect the goods before proceeding further. 

To be eligible for a refund on return, items must be unusedundamaged, and in their original packaging. If a returned item is found to be used or damaged, it will either be sent back to you or a partial refund of 50% of the total purchase amount will be issued at our discretion.

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards. We are unable to refund the price difference on sale items. If an item you purchased is later discounted, we cannot issue a refund for the difference.

Exchanges
Our Exchanges are easy. Once your return for exchange is approved, it will be processed and shipped with next working day delivery within 3 working days of receiving the return.

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember, this can take between 3-10 days for the funds to enter back into your account. But it is usually a lot quicker than this. 

Refunding Postage 
We only refund postage costs if there was a delivery delay that caused you to receive your order late or if a return is required due to an error on our part, such as sending an incorrect item or addressing a warranty issue. 

Please note that we do not refund postage costs if you decide to return an item simply because you no longer want it.
