UK Delivery Charges

Economy

Delivery is free on all orders over £100. Should your order value be under £100, the delivery cost is £3.50. Delivery typically takes up to 5 working days.

Next working Day Express

Delivery is £4.95 and typically delivered one working day after despatch with a typical cut off for next day orders to be shipped same day of 3pm. Please note that orders placed after 3pm Friday will not be shipped out until the following Monday.

Collect+

Delivery is £4.95 and typically delivered within two working days. An estimated delivery date will be presented at checkout but please wait for notification that your item is ready to collect from your local store. Please note that size restrictions mean that this service is not available on all items.

Ireland

Delivery is £9.95 and takes 2-3 working days. An estimated delivery date will be presented during the checkout process.

Please note that certain remote and offshore areas of the UK may be subject to extended delivery times. This will be reflected during the check out process and estimated delivery date.

NEXT WORKING DAY EXPRESS DELIVERY

Our Express service typically takes 1 working day for delivery after despatch. You will be provided with an estimated delivery date during the checkout process.  Please note that certain items, bundles and built items are excluded from the Express delivery option. Also we are unable to Express deliver to some outlying and offshore areas of the UK. 

Europe and Rest Of The World

We are based in England (United Kingdom). Orders shipped outside the UK may be subject to import duties, taxes, VAT, customs clearance fees, or other charges imposed by the destination country. 

These charges are not included in our product prices or shipping costs and are the responsibility of the recipient. We have no control over these fees and cannot estimate what they may be. Your total cart price does not include any duties or customs charges, these will need to be paid after the goods have entered customs.

If customs charges are not paid and a parcel is refused or returned to us, the original shipping costs are non-refundable. Any additional costs incurred may be deducted from your refund, and a new shipping charge will apply if you wish the order to be resent.

Delivery times may vary due to customs processing, which is outside of our control.

PRE-ORDERS

To give you the best possible chance of securing your product, you are able to place a pre-order to reserve a new product due to be released in the near future. Doing this will allocate stock to your order. Pre-orders will be fulfilled in the order that they are placed. The quicker your pre-order is placed the earlier your goods will be received.

When placing a Pre-order using debit/ credit card payment you will be charged for the full amount of the order being placed. In practice, this will normally occur within 2 working days.

When placing a Pre-order using Paypal or Amazon Payments the full payment will be sent to us at the time the order is placed.

All re-stock dates given have been provided by the UK distributor, however ARE subject to changes beyond our control. In the event a pre-order is delayed we will notify all customers in the unlikely event of any changes as quickly as possible.

Please note that if any other products are ordered in conjunction with a pre-order item; unless we are instructed otherwise, these will be held until we can fulfil the whole order.  

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION

Shipping costs are present at the 'My Basket' screen once the shipping destination is chosen, before any money is taken. (This does not include any customs duties or taxes for international shipments)

The checkout filters out certain items that can't go out on particular shipping services because of the size of them, e.g. ramps are usually too big to go by a Royal Mail service. In such circumstances the only shipping options available will be displayed on the website, this then may exclude some free shipping options. *

The next day service (when available) is next WORKING day and will require someone to sign for the goods. Please note next working day delivery does not include Saturday, Sunday, Bank Holidays, Public Holidays and Substitute days (see the GOV UK website for clarification).

Safe Place Deliveries

If you request that your parcel is left in a safe place or delivered without a signature, this will be carried out at the discretion of the delivery driver and in accordance with the courier's delivery policies.

By choosing to have your parcel left without a signature, or by setting a permanent Safe Place preference on your courier account (such as with DPD), you accept responsibility for the parcel once it has been delivered to the nominated location.

Please note that if a parcel is delivered to your nominated Safe Place or within the GPS co-ordinates of the safe place in accordance with your instructions or courier account preferences, neither we nor the courier can accept liability for any loss, theft, or damage that occurs after delivery. As a result, we are unable to offer refunds or replacements for parcels that have been successfully delivered to a requested Safe Place.

Important: If you no longer wish to use a Safe Place, please remove or update this preference directly within your courier account before your order is dispatched. Many customers are unaware that a previously saved Safe Place instruction remains active for future deliveries.

Can't be home for the delivery? Don't worry - CORE can ship to almost any UK address so you can have your order delivered to your place of work, to a friend, a relative or neighbour. Simply enter your preferred delivery address when checking out.

We normally do not deliver to drop-shipping companies or storage/self-storage companies.

Changing delivery address while your order is in transit - if you decide to change the delivery address after the delivery service was confirmed and the information was entered into the system, a redirection will lead to a different delivery time and therefore, a delayed delivery.  Note that even if the new address is very close to the initial one, the information still has to be changed and the package re-labelled, which can lead to a change in the delivery date as well.  In such cases, it would usually be quicker for the delivery to fail then pick up the order from the local depot in the evening of the due date.

Almost all deliveries will take place as scheduled. However, certain issues may be out of our control resulting in possible delays.  Due to this, we advise against taking time off daily routines, such as work, to avoid any issues. CORE Action Sports products are covered under warranty for hardware failure due to manufacturer errors. All warranties will be void if this product is modified in any way. Poor maintenance, apparent external damage or wilful damage, misuse or incorrect installation will not be covered by our warranty. We will not warranty or replace any product that is not purchased directly from CORE Action Sports or an official recognised stockist. Proof of purchase must also be provided with any warranty claim.

Warranties on our products can only be processed if you have a proof of purchase and you are the original owner. If you have any issues that are valid, contact the retailer from where you purchased the product to process your warranty claim. Alternately please contact us directly and we will assist you with your issues.

STUNT SCOOTERS

DECKS
3 months manufacturer's warranty.

This will cover:

• Snapping or visible cracking of the deck.
• Visible paint of finish defects out of the box.
• Function of the deck.

This will not cover

• Any damage caused by misuse or abuse to the deck. (Grinding Unwaxed Surfaces such as curbs or ledges)
• Scratching, Rusting, fading of paint or anodising over time.
• Damage to the headset cups due to incorrect installation.
• Modifications to any part of the deck.
• Apparent external damage or wilful damage, misuse or incorrect installation.

Please note: Scooter decks are subject to extreme pressures and stress. To increase the life expectancy of your deck, avoid constantly jumping to flat and make all attempts to land smoothly, minimising the shock to the deck. 

All Scooter decks are prone to failure due to the nature of the use, it’s a by product of the sport. Decks are constantly put under extreme pressures and grinded on extensively which can weaken the product over time. 

WHEELS
90 day manufacturer’s warranty.

This will cover:

• De-hubbing of the PU tire from the wheel core.
• Warping or deformation of the hub bearing housing.
• Extreme chunking of the PU due to manufacturer error.

This will not cover

• Wheel bearings. 
• Apparent external damage or wilful damage, misuse or incorrect installation. 
  
• Flat spots (Squaring a wheel) This falls under misuse of the wheel. 
• Standard wear and tear from daily use.
• Damaged caused by grinding
  
  *Flat spotted wheels are caused by improper use of the brake, Skidding on the wheel or power sliding and therefore not covered by any manufacturer warranty. 

TITANIUM BARS
30 day manufacturer’s warranty.

This will cover:

• Cracking of welds
• Paint defects

This will not cover

• If bars have less then 40mm of fork tube inside the bars
• If you modify or cut your bars
• Scratching or chipping of paint
• Misuse of your bars
• Bending or cracking due to misuse or poor landing
• Apparent external damage or wilful damage, misuse or incorrect installation

Titanium bars are a light-weight specialised product for use by smooth and proficient riders. Landing incorrectly, throwing bars from any height or dropping will damage the bars. This is not covered by the warranty.

ALUMINIUM BARS
30 day manufacturer’s warranty.

This will cover:

• Cracking of welds
• Bending of Snapping 

This will not cover

• If bars have less then 40mm of fork tube inside the bars
• If you modify or cut your bars
• Scratching or chipping of paint
• Misuse of your bars
• Bending or cracking due to misuse or poor landing
• Apparent external damage or wilful damage, misuse or incorrect installation

Aluminium bars are a light-weight product for use by smooth and proficient riders. Landing incorrectly, throwing bars from any height or dropping will damage the bars. This is not covered by the warranty.

CHROMOLY BARS
90 day manufacturer’s warranty.

This will cover:

• Bending or Snapping of bars
• Snapping of top Bar Compression (CD1 Handlebar) 
• Cracks on Welds 

This will not cover

• If bars have less then 40mm of fork tube inside the bars
• If you modify or cut your bars
• Scratching or chipping of paint
• Misuse of your bars
• Snapping of Bar Compression due to poor construction/Loose bolts 
• Bending or cracking due to misuse or poor landing
• Apparent external damage or wilful damage, misuse or incorrect installation

FORKS
90 day manufacturer’s warranty.

This will cover:

• Breaking or bending (excluding the axle)

This will not cover

• Breaking or bending of the axle
• Misuse or poor set up
• Any modifications to the fork
• Apparent external damage or wilful damage, misuse or incorrect installation

CLAMPS
90 day manufacturer’s warranty.

This will cover:

• Breaking or clamp body

This will not cover

• Cross threading the bolts
• Snapping bolts
• Stripping of the bolt heads by using rounded-off Allen keys
• Scratching of paint or anodising.
• Apparent external damage or wilful damage, misuse or incorrect installation

BRAKES
30 day manufacturer’s warranty.

This will cover:

• Snapping or Cracking of the Brakes Structure 

This will not cover

• Cross threading or rounded bolts
• Snapping bolts
• General Wear of Nylon from braking 
• Wear from Excessive force from incorrect installation

NYLON REPLACEABLE DECK ENDS
30 day manufacturer’s warranty.

This will cover:

• Snapping of the overall structure 

This will not cover

• General Wear from Grinding 
• Dented or Miss-shaped Edges 
• Rounded Axle Nut locking system 
• Wear from Excessive force from incorrect installation

EXCLUSIONS

Grip Tape, Grips, Headsets and Bearings are consumable products and are not covered under warranty unless received in a non-functioning or defective state. These have a standard statutory life expectancy of a minimum 14 days from purchase. If any of the above products “fail” within 14 days, the manufacturer will agree to replace the product.

Damage to painted or coated finishes, including scratches, chips, scuffs, or other marks resulting from normal use, is not covered under warranty. Any subsequent discolouration, corrosion, rusting, or fading that occurs as a result of such damage is also excluded from warranty coverage. Warranty claims will only be considered where the product was delivered with these defects. 

SKATEBOARDS

COMPLETE SKATEBOARDS

6 months manufactures warranty.

This will not cover

Normal wear and tear in the form of:

• Tail or nose wear from dragging your skateboard
• Damage due to impact on curbs or other objects
• Damage from extreme temperature changes, water, or moisture
• Warping as a result of exposure to heat, snow, rain, or immersion in water
• Edges chipping or cracks from impact to foreign objects
• Stress cracks in the surface plies that are not deemed to be defects and do not affect the structural integrity of your skateboard

Breaks due to:

• User error in assembly of your skateboard or components
• High impact tricks
• Any sort of intentional breakage
• Physically modifying your skateboard (chopping, drilling, etc.)
• Grip tape replacement or repair 

PROTECTION

HELMETS
180 day manufacturer’s warranty.

All CORE helmets are made from a light impact absorbing material called EPS (Expanded Polystyrene). It is designed to compress, break and crack upon major impact, so your head doesn't! Your helmet is not designed to withstand multiple serious impacts and you MUST replace your helmet after one serious impact. Although the helmet exterior may look perfectly fine from the outside the EPS structure may be compromised following a heavy impact. Please replace your helmet after a heavy impact for your own safety.

This will cover:

• Manufacturing defect

This will not cover

• Damaged caused by use

PADS (Including Knee, Elbow, Impact Shorts, Ankle and Wrist)
