Sweaty palms cost you grip — and grip is everything. CORE Pro Grip Liquid Chalk puts down a clean, dry layer of chalk in seconds, so your hands stay locked on whether you’re gripping scooter bars, a barbell, the wall or the rings. No dust cloud, no chalky handprints — just fresh-citrus-scented control that holds up set after set and run after run. It’s liquid chalk built for riders and lifters who don’t want to think about their grip, tried and tested by the CORE pro team.

    One liquid chalk, every sport

A single formula works across scootering, BMX and skate, rock climbing and bouldering, weightlifting, powerlifting, CrossFit and gymnastics. The alcohol-based, quick-drying formula bonds a magnesium-carbonate chalk layer to your skin that beats sweat and humidity where loose chalk falls short — and because it’s skin-friendly and non-toxic, it’s made for daily training.

    Liquid chalk vs regular chalk

Traditional loose chalk is cheap but messy: clouds of dust, chalky gear and constant reapplication. Liquid chalk sets in seconds, lasts far longer between top-ups, and leaves no airborne dust — which is why it’s allowed in many gyms, climbing walls and skateparks where powder is banned. Plenty of athletes use CORE as a long-lasting base layer and dust loose chalk on top for the hardest efforts.

    How to use liquid chalk

Shake well, squeeze a small amount onto clean, dry hands, rub in to coat palms and fingers, then let it dry for a few seconds until it turns matte. Grip and go, and reapply as needed between sets or runs.

    Sizes for every session

Grab 50ml with a clip-on carabiner for your bag or chalk clip, 100ml for regular training, or 250ml to keep the whole crew stocked. All in a fresh citrus scent.

    Liquid chalk FAQs

Does liquid chalk actually work? Yes. The alcohol carrier evaporates and leaves a thin, even layer of chalk bonded to your skin, giving a drier, more consistent grip than a quick dip in loose chalk — and it lasts longer.

How long does it last? Typically a full session with an occasional top-up. Reapply before your heaviest lifts or hardest climbs for maximum grip.

Is liquid chalk allowed in gyms and climbing walls? Usually, yes — because it produces no dust, it’s often permitted where loose chalk isn’t. Check your venue’s rules if you’re unsure.

Will it dry out my hands? It contains alcohol to flash-dry, but the CORE formula is designed for regular use. Moisturise after heavy sessions to keep skin in good shape.
