Extended Christmas Returns

  • Items purchased from 1st October 2024 can be returned up until 15th January 2025.
  • Customers have 30 days to return for a full refund (as per our regular returns policy).
  • Items returned after 30 days and up until 15th January 2025 will be credited with a CORE Gift Voucher to the original email address.
  • Returned items must be UNUSED and in pristine condition.

At CORE, we strive to provide our customers with the best experience possible. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we offer a 30-day return policy for UNUSED and UNDAMAGED items. ALL RETURNS are carefully inspected by our returns department within 3 working days of it arrival.

Return Conditions:

Items must be returned within 30 days from the date of purchase. 

• To be eligible for a return, items must be unused, undamaged, and in their original packaging. If a returned item is found to be used or damaged, it will either be sent back to you or a partial refund of 50% of the total item amount will be issued at our discretion.
Returns are eligible for either an exchange or a refund

How to Return an Item:

1. Start Your Return: If your purchase meets our return eligibility criteria, you may proceed to our returns portal to initiate the return process.

2. Prepare Your Return: Please ensure the return is securely packaged with sufficient protection to withstand shipping. Kindly note that the customer is responsible for the return shipment and the condition in which it is received. We cannot accept liability for any damage incurred during the return shipping process.

3. Ship the Item: We will provide you with instructions for returning the item. You are responsible for the shipping costs unless agreed by customer services prior. 

Refunds:

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund/exchange within 3 working days of its arrival. 

 We kindly remind our customers that postage costs are non-refundable for orders returned unless the return is due to an error on our part, such as receiving an incorrect item, a warranty issue, or a problem with the delivery (e.g, delays). 

Approved refunds will be processed within 3 working days, and a credit will be applied to your original method of payment. Refunded payments can take up to 10 days to show back in your account. 

 If your return arrives back Damaged or Used a member of our customer service team will be in touch to discuss further options. Either a 50% refund will be issued or the item will be sent back to you after inspection. 

Exchanges 

Once your return for exchange is approved, it will be processed and shipped with next working day delivery within 3 working days of receiving the return.
